About COMPANY
Lindiwe Maseko is an accomplished and forward-thinking human resources executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic HR management, organisational transformation, and skills development. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Zion Human Resources Consultants, a company she established in March 2018, now delivering impactful HR and training solutions to both public and private sector clients nationally.
Lindiwe holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Psychology and Biochemistry from Rhodes University, and a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from UNISA. These qualifications have provided her with a strong foundation in both human behaviour and organisational systems, supporting her ability to design integrated HR and development strategies.
